Job Description:

  • Resources full-time to mirror the Member Administrator, Americas role for Europe/Middle East/Pakistan/Africa region as well as the Asia Pacific/South Asia regions.  Resource would work the same time zone hours as the respective regions.  Member processing, CRM data building, prospect kits mailing, future live chat customer service together with phone and email response service.
  • Live chat will be incorporated as another way to reach staff besides phone, email, social media apps.  This would be for both prospects and members.
  • Organization of ALL functional committee and council monthly calls.  Distribution of agenda, organization of time zone call logistics, writing of and distribution of notes/minutes.  For just one function, e.g. Recruitment, this is 10 calls per month (one global call, 9 regional calls) at a minimum.  Admin center would be responsible for supporting 10 committees’ monthly calls plus 9 regional council calls.  Respective EO Global staff would still attend the calls to engage with their member leaders and be a knowledge resource.
  • The Member Administrators, Global could support the regional administrators in reviewing member profiles, locating key missing content (e.g. contact information, leadership positions, events attended, etc.) and liaise with chapter admin and regional coordinator to have these updated.  Missing information exists in the majority of profiles.
  • Membership Department could own all surveys, regardless of which department executes the surveys.  Once the department has tabulated the results for its needs, the surveys go to Membership for input into CRM and future analysis of member satisfaction. If possible, extend to chapter-executed surveys, not just regional or global activities.

Job Requirements:

Education:
  • Degree holder (AB or BS)
 
Experience:
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in administrative role
  • Preferably with 1 – 3 years in international client management exposure
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, etc.) 
  • Must know how to read, write, and translate business mandarin language
