This particular Dutch Customer Service Representative will be joining a newly built Multi-Lingual team, and report directly to a Team Leader who will roll up their sleeves and jump in the trenches alongside you.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications required for a Dutch Email Customer Service Associate:

  • Must have completed at least two (2) years of college education. High school graduates are welcome to apply if with at least one (1) year BPO related work experience
  • Experience on Email /Live Chat Support/ Customer Service Support preferred
  • Has strong written communication and comprehension skills
  • Can type at least 35 WPM
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Skills required for a Dutch Email Customer Service Associate:

  • Strong Dutch Written Communication Skills
  • Active Listening and probing skills
  • Call Center experience is a plus
