Job Description:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Managing the work of account executives
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account management team
  • Make sure the operation run smoothly
  • Completing administrative work, as required

Job Requirements:

  • Able to speak and understand Chinese Mandarin
  • Able to read and write/type Chinese Mandarin is preferred
  • Fresh graduate of college, high school, or its equivalent
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and Computer skill is a must
  • Can understand English (reading and writing)
  • Willing to learn and can work 10 hours a day (with 1 rest day per week)
  • Adaptable in shifting schedules
  • Can start immediately and requirements are readily available
  • Willing to be relocated in Makati City, Philippines
