Job Description:

  • Ensures that day to day customer service transactions are performance and up to standard.
  • Engage/coordinate with internal parties (Companies CS) by attending effecietly to their inquiries and concerns via live chat/phone.
  • Able to manage/familiarize Thai internet-banking functions (deposits/withdrawals/transfers)
  • Provide immediate attention to customers’ problems and follow-up with appropriate resolution
  • Ensuring that all orders received are authetic and pre-authorized according to the procedures.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candiate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree, any field.
  • Language required: Well-versed in Korean and English language; additional competency in English will be advantageous.
  • Korean-Philippine Citizen is an advantage
  • Working experiences on the same or related industry with knowledge/familiar with thai soccer forums will be advantageous.
  • Must knowledgeable on computer applications (especially MS)
  • High Numerate/with strong interest in Math.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Philippines, Manila (Makati City).
