Job Description:

Job Responsibilites:
  • Setting goals for CS Thai Performance
  • Organize work load/ manpower and CS set-up in shifts
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive performance feedback and coaching
  • Ensures that day to day customer service transactions are perform and up to standard
  • Engage/coordinate with internal parties (Companies CS) by attending effeciently their inquiries and concerns via live chat/phone
  • Able to manage/familiarize Thai internet-banking functions (deposits/withdrawals/transfers)
  • Provide immediate attendtion to customers’ problems and follow-up with appropriate resolution
  • Ensure that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to the procedures
  • Do CS reports and recommends performance improvement
  • Performs related work as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Male or Female, Thai National
  • Candiate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree, any field.
  • Language required: Well-versed in thai language; additional competency in English will be advantageous.
  • Working experiences on the same or related industry with knowledge/familiar with thai soccer forums will be advantageous.
  • Must knowledgeable on computer applications (especially MS)
  • High Numerate/with strong interest in Math.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Philippines, Manila (Makati City).
