Job Description:

Position: Bilingual Representative- Customer Service Representatives for Mandarin and Thai
  • Assist gamers with their Account/ Subscriptions 
  • Non-Voice - Chat/E-mail 
  • Schedule: 11AM to 8PM; Rest Days: Friday/Saturday; Sunday/Monday 
  • Basic troubleshooting 
  • ​1 Mandarin CSR and 1 Thai CSR post available

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 yrs Experience working (BPO) OR staying in a foreign country (preferably in China/Taiwan/Thailand) 
  •  Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig 
  • ​​Can easily learn and adapt to new online games 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin OR Thai (Writing and Reading)
